Home Workout I: 6 leg exercises to try at home

Hello dears! How are you? This week I was tried out some exercise routines at home, so here are some leg exercises!

Quarantine has made us change our habits, including how we exercise. I don’t know about you, but the idea of not exercising is something I can’t imagine.

So to avoid anxiety and stay in good spirits, this week I was trying out some workout routines at home.

All you need is a mat, small weights (if you don’t have can use water-filled bottles) and a water to keep you hydrated.

Here’s the first part of the routine with leg exercises!
