Home Workout II: 7 arm and abdomen exercises to try at home
Hello loves! How are you? This week I share some arm and abdomen exercises to do at home, I hope you like them!
We continue with the issue of quarantine and this week I tried some routines to exercise arms and abdomen in an easy, fast and effective way.
This second part of the home exercise routine complements the first leg (if you haven’t seen it go to my previous post 😊), as it is important to keep all body parts active.
You know all they need is a mat, small weights (if you don’t have can use water-filled bottles) and a thermos with water to stay hydrated.
